- Billing data: Bank details, invoicing information, tax identifiers (for contractors using our portal)
- Communications: Records of our correspondence with you
We obtain this information directly from you, from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn, or from clients who refer you to us.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Recruitment services: Matching you with suitable opportunities and presenting your profile to prospective clients. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest.
- Contractor administration: Managing billing, timesheets, and payments through our portal. Legal basis: contract performance.
- Communication: Keeping you informed about relevant opportunities and updates. Legal basis: legitimate interest or consent (for marketing).
We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you. All placement decisions involve human review.
4. Sharing Your Data
We share your data with:
- Client companies considering you for roles or engagements
- Payment processors and financial institutions for contractor payments
- IT service providers who host and maintain our systems
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
5. Contractors Placed at Client Sites
When we place you with a final client, that client becomes a data controller for personal data processed in connection with your work at their premises. You are required to comply with the final client’s data protection and workplace policies in addition to this policy.
6. Data Retention
We retain candidate data for two years following our last contact with you. Billing and financial records are kept for six years as required by law. You may request deletion at any time, subject to our legal obligations.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
